Crepes without milk
-INGREDIENTS :
FOR 4 CHILDREN
- 3 eggs
- 400 ml of water
- 250g of flour
- 3 tablespoons caster sugar
- 2 tablespoons sunflower oil
- Salt
PREPARATION
IN 4 STEPS
- Put all the ingredients in a blender or mixing bowl (mix with an electric mixer) until you obtain the smooth dough without lumps
Heat the pancake pan with a little oil and wipe the pan with a paper towel. - Place a ladle of dough in the pan and cook, place the pancakes on a plate.
- Re-rub the pan with the paper towel and repeat a ladle of dough so on.
- Serve with fruit compote or juice.
