Crepes without milk


-INGREDIENTS : 

FOR 4 CHILDREN

  • 3 eggs
  • 400 ml of water
  • 250g of flour
  • 3 tablespoons caster sugar
  • 2 tablespoons sunflower oil
  • Salt

PREPARATION

IN 4 STEPS

  1. Put all the ingredients in a blender or mixing bowl (mix with an electric mixer) until you obtain the smooth dough without lumps
    Heat the pancake pan with a little oil and wipe the pan with a paper towel.
  2. Place a ladle of dough in the pan and cook, place the pancakes on a plate.
