Gluten free chocolate cake (micro wave)
-INGREDIENTS :
FOR 2 CHILDREN
- 150 g of butter
- 150 g of authorized chocolate
- 150 g of sugar
- 4 eggs
- 100 g of potato starch
- 1 s. yeast
- 2 tbsp. tablespoons water
PREPARATION
IN 8 STEPS
- Melt the chocolate in the microwave for 1 minute.
- Stir and put back for another minute if it is not completely melted then add the butter and mix.
- In a container, put the eggs and sugar.
- Beat until the mixture whitens.
- Stir in the starch and yeast, then the butter / chocolate mixture.
- Prepare a container with a high edge, preferably round.
- Garnish the bottom with buttered parchment paper, pour the mixture and cook for 5 minutes in the microwave oven, cooking program.
- The cooking of this cake can be done in gas oven or electric.
It must then be about 35 minutes, thermostat 5.
