Apple yoghurt cake
-INGREDIENTS :
FOR 4 CHILDREN
- 15 cl vanilla yogurt to drink
- 3 apples
- 3 eggs
- 120 g of Sugar powder: 120 g
- 120 g semi-salt butter and 20 g for the mold
- 200 g Flour
- 1 sachet of chemical yeast
PREPARATION
IN 7 STEPS
- Preheat your oven to 180 ° C.
- Melt the butter over low heat.
- Whisk the eggs with the sugar in a bowl until the mixture whitens. Add yogurt and warm butter, mix. Stir in flour and baking powder, mix to obtain a smooth paste.
- Peel and empty the apples. Detail them in thin slices.
- Spread them horizontally in a pre-buttered cake pan and pour over the cake preparation.
- Put in the oven for about 35 minutes. Let cool and then unmold.
- Serve with fruit compote or juice
