Apple yoghurt cake


-INGREDIENTS : 

FOR 4 CHILDREN

  • 15 cl vanilla yogurt to drink
  • 3 apples
  • 3 eggs
  • 120 g of Sugar powder: 120 g
  • 120 g semi-salt butter and 20 g for the mold
  • 200 g Flour
  • 1 sachet of chemical yeast

PREPARATION

IN 7 STEPS

  1. Preheat your oven to 180 ° C.
  2. Melt the butter over low heat.
  3. Whisk the eggs with the sugar in a bowl until the mixture whitens. Add yogurt and warm butter, mix. Stir in flour and baking powder, mix to obtain a smooth paste.
  4. Peel and empty the apples. Detail them in thin slices.
  5. Spread them horizontally in a pre-buttered cake pan and pour over the cake preparation.
  6. Put in the oven for about 35 minutes. Let cool and then unmold.
  7. Serve with fruit compote or juice
