Compote apple-pear-kiwi
-INGREDIENTS : from 180 to 200 gr
FOR 1 PORTION (S)
- 1 apple
- 3 pears
- 1 kiwi
- A few drops of lemon
PREPARATION
IN 6 STEPS
- Wash, peel and seed the apple and pears. Then cut them into small pieces.
Add a few drops of lemon. Peel the kiwi, and then detail it in small pieces. - Cook the pieces of pear and kiwi with steam (or water) about ten minutes
- Check the cooking with the tip of a knife, the pieces of fruit should be melting.
- Drain and keep the cooking juices in a separate container. Add the ‘raw’ apple pieces to the other fruits and mix it up and down until you have the desired compote for your baby. Add some cooking juices or mineral water as needed to make baby apples, pear, kiwi fruit smoother and smoother.
- Optional! Add honey (for babies up to 12 months old) to temper the acidity of the kiwi and raw apple.
- You can offer this compote for warm or cold baby.
