Hake in ratatouille
-INGREDIENTS :
FOR 1 PORTION (S): from 180 to 200 grams
- 1 pepper
- 1 eggplant/aubergine
- 1 zucchini
- ¼ onions
- 15 to 20 grams of hake net (or other white fish)
- A pinch of Provence herbs
- A spoon of olive oil
PREPARATION
IN 8 STEPS
- Peel, wash and cut vegetables
- Steam
- Add the fish
- Steam them about 15min
- Mix
- Add the teaspoon of olive oil
- Blend finely until you obtain a homogenous puree
- Serve warm to your little one. Enjoy your meal!
