Meat balls & spinach with tomato sauce
-INGREDIENTS :
FOR 20 SMALL MEAT BALLS WITH BEEF AND SPINACH:
- 200 g fresh peeled beans
- 100 g zucchini, diced
- 130g of mushrooms
- 1 tomato peeled and seeded
- 1 tip of double tomato paste
- 30 cl of water
- 2 mint leaves
- 1 pinch of cumin
- 1 drizzles of olive oil
PERFUMED TOMATO SAUCE FOR COOKING AND ACCOMPANYING THE BALLS:
- 400 g of tomato sauce ideally homemade
- 400 ml of water
- 1 nice pinch of cumin and 1 of sweet paprika
PREPARATION
IN 3 MAIN STEPS
Baby meatballs and the whole family with minced meat and spinach
- Make chopped spinach as in water. Let them cool.
- In a large salad bowl, mix the minced meat, onion and garlic finely chopped. Add spices and spinach. If you want to add an egg yolk, now is the time, your meatballs will be firmer. For baby, the recipe without egg will be more melting in the mouth.
- Mix everything and reserve the cooking
