Puree of beans, zucchini & tomato with moroccan flavors
-INGREDIENTS :
FOR 2 PORTION (S)
- 200 g fresh peeled beans
- 100 g zucchini, diced
- 1 tomato peeled and seeded
- 11 tip of double tomato paste
- 30 cl of water
- 2 mint leaves
- 1 pinch of cumin
- 1 drizzle of olive oil
PREPARATION
IN 4 STEPS
- Add the peeled beans, the washed and diced zucchini, the flesh and the tomato paste in a saucepan. Add the 30 cl of water and cover. Let simmer for about 20 minutes.
- Once cooked, mix with a diver blender with a drizzle of olive oil, mint leaves previously washed and pinch of cumin powder.
- Add a little more water if necessary to obtain the desired consistency for baby.
- Serve your little one. Enjoy your meal!
