Puree of beans, zucchini & tomato with moroccan flavors


-INGREDIENTS : 

FOR 2 PORTION (S)

  • 200 g fresh peeled beans
  • 100 g zucchini, diced
  • 1 tomato peeled and seeded
  • 11 tip of double tomato paste
  • 30 cl of water
  • 2 mint leaves
  • 1 pinch of cumin
  • 1 drizzle of olive oil

PREPARATION

IN 4 STEPS

  1. Add the peeled beans, the washed and diced zucchini, the flesh and the tomato paste in a saucepan. Add the 30 cl of water and cover. Let simmer for about 20 minutes.
  2. Once cooked, mix with a diver blender with a drizzle of olive oil, mint leaves previously washed and pinch of cumin powder.
  3. Add a little more water if necessary to obtain the desired consistency for baby.
  4. Serve your little one. Enjoy your meal!
