What is Food Diversification?
Food diversification means introducing foods other than MILK; it is a much-awaited moment by parents and a period that often raises many questions:
From when can I start giving my baby vegetables, meats, fruits, eggs … and with what quantity and at what time?

These choices depend on the character and tastes of your child but also of you. A mother likes to keep her baby in her arms and prefers to mix the vegetables with the milk of the bottle. At what age does diversification begin?
The age of the beginning of diversification has often varied in recent years, this may explain that your doctor or your mother-in-law do not all have the same opinions.
But 6 months is the age recommended by the Ministry of Health and WHO to begin a healthy diversification for your baby.
